At PetsRefuge, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Certain items, such as personalized products, consumables, or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PetsRefuge cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Exchanges

We currently offer replacements for damaged or defective products. For other items, customers may return the product and place a new order if desired.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Opened consumable pet products
